Community Tree Service has serviced my Pleasure Point home several times over the last few years. Recently they removed several large Bird of Paradise plants which were encroaching on my fence. As usual they promptly within a day evaluated the situation and provided a detailed invoice. Prices have always been reasonable. The job was scheduled timely, basically when I requested it done. The staff are polite, caring, and skilled. My neighbors were impressed with their service and hired them. I highly recommend them and plan to continue to be a client.

Terrible experience and conversation. My neighborhood road was closed completely both way on a Friday morning. There was no signage at all for a closed or blocked road any where and no traffic guys. When I asked the workers about the blockage they couldn’t give me an answer. When I requested a supervisor they said they were “somewhere else”. Seems like they were bending some rules to make the job quicker and easier for themselves. Do not recommend them as they came off extremely unprofessional and even dangerous.

We're still in the planning phase of our project, but I already want to recognize this team. From the initial assessment, their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. They took the time to walk through each tree, explain what type of pruning or cutting back was needed and why, and laid out a clear approach for the work. You can tell they genuinely know trees. Communication has been prompt and straightforward at every step. Looking forward to getting the project underway and will update this review once the work is complete.
