I am not sure if they changed owners but the guy my mom talked to goes by Martin. During the free estimate appointment my mom asked to see a copy of their contract so she can read and review the terms and conditions and look up their credentials. Martin told her that she cannot get a copy of a contract until she has agreed to give them the job (which make no sense). She trusted Martin and decided to give him the job. Martin said he would bring the contract on a Wednesday and start the job the next day, Thursday. This would leave very little time for us to review the contract and ask questions about it. I decided to call Martin and told him that if he can bring the contract on Wednesday and wait for us to review it, then we would contact him and set a start date. He got very defensive and seemed fed up with us. He decided not do the job since he quote, "had lost his patience with us." All we were asking for was for him to give us a few days to review the contract and check his insurance and credentials since the job was going to cost $11,400. The fact that he was not willing to give us time to review the contract was a huge RED FLAG. Also, the card he gave us said "Sandoval's Tree Service" and the license number listed on the card does not exist. The other red flag is that he claims to have 15+ years of experience yet there is only one other review on google. Also, after he said he wasn't going to the the job any more, he finally sent my mom a picture of the contract, which is what we were asking for all this time. I am not sure why he sent it if he was not going to do the job anymore. On there, the business name is "Green Valley Tree Service" yet the card he initially gave us said "Sandoval's Tree Service" and the guy I talked to was Martin. RESPONSE TO OWNER: If I hired the company on the left then why did they give me a contract with YOUR company name on it? To be clear, I did not sign the contract since I had a feeling I was getting ripped off. I hired California Roots and they did the SAME job for only $4000 instead of the $11,000 you guys were going to charge me.

Great Job trimming 2 of my trees and 1 of my neighbors. Did an exceptional job cleaning my yard and rock area. They work so well together getting the job done. Thank You all very much!
