One of the trees was huge and splitting down the middle, with massive branches hanging over my house and the power lines. If that tree had gone down, it would have taken out my home and the utility lines for both me and my neighbor. Richard came out, assessed the situation, and immediately let me know this was something PG&E needed to handle since their lines were at risk. He reassured me they would take care of it, and he was absolutely right. I called PG&E, and they sent someone out right away. Within 72 hours, the dangerous split oak was completely removed free of charge — and they’re also removing the second oak tree for free. Thanks to Richard and Amador Tree Service, I avoided a massive bill and a potentially catastrophic situation.
