Absolutely wonderful company from start to finish. Returned our call and came out for an estimate quickly, zero surprises at the end. The owners of north bay were on the property the whole time working with their crew. Really, I can’t say enough nice things. The quality of work was exceptional- we had multiple 60year old fir trees done. They were able to tell us which ones were healthy and which ones were not, and some had to come down regardless as they were a threat to our home if they fell. The trees were about 110’ tall and close to the house, but it wasn’t a problem for them at all. They even took the stumps down beautifully. They do small stuff too, they trimmed bushes that we had failed to maintain because of the location on a steep hillside and our lack of knowledge. Their climbers and other workers were professional, they worked safely and without any more noise or disturbance than necessary and all of them behaved like people we want to have working at our home. The price was more than reasonable, and they went above and beyond - even taking out a dead branch on a neighboring tree (that we had talked about and they knew we planned to do in the future) Francisco and Daniela went above and beyond. We will call them for any tree needs in the future and would recommend to any of our neighbors or friends.

Run do not walk to your phone to call North Bay Tree Service (NBTS). They came to our home to trim two large trees . . . one was planted nearly 50 years ago and has great sentimental value. The quality of their work was AMAZING. The care in which they took to make sure our trees were done well was thoughtful. We cannot wait till spring to see these trees show off their new "hair style". Daniela and her dad were wonderful to work with. They trimmed our two large trees and did an outstanding job! I am more than pleased working with them and look forward to the next time.
