I would never recommend this company to do any work. I am extremely disappointed with both the incident and the response that followed. One of this company’s commercial vehicles struck an overhead utility line in my residential neighborhood. The impact forcibly tore a metal mounting bracket from my neighbor’s roof and turned it into a projectile. That bracket became airborne and pierced the exterior wall of my RV. A metal rod was driven into my lawn in the exact area where my two-year-old child regularly plays. The force involved was significant enough to penetrate the wall of a parked vehicle, shatter my roof tile, and lodge a metal rod in my front lawn. In addition to the punctured RV wall, the plumbing vent was torn off and roof tile on my home was damaged. My RV is now not operational due to the breach. What has been most concerning is the response afterward. I was told that I should pursue any damage claims with AT&T because, according to them, it was not their fault. Responsibility was redirected to the utility provider rather than addressed directly. This is particularly troubling given that the company publicly represents that it specializes in line clearance and utility-related work for utility companies and government entities. When operating commercial vehicles around overhead infrastructure in residential neighborhoods, awareness of vehicle height and clearance risks is critical to public safety. This was brushed off as not their problem. A few of their employees were gathered around laughing making no big deal of the incident. The only temporary measure taken after the incident was placing a small piece of electrical tape over the hole in the RV wall, despite rain in the forecast. I am still seeking full resolution of the property damage. Beware of this company if they are in your area. Watch out for your family and belongings.

The City Of Stockton Ca, hired them to cut a massive tree in front of my house and they left my property a mess. They had no respect for my property and I was nothing but respectful to them even giving them all something to drink when they were working. I gave them time to clean my yard and the front of my house. They had to audacity to be hanging out in my driveway, but couldn’t pick up a broom and sweep or blow all the wood chips or pick up all those branches and big chunks of wood left in my yard. I can’t help but wonder if it is because I’m a single black woman that I encountered so much resistance about restoring my yard back to it’s original state, including in front of my house and the driveway and the sidewalk. I’m pissed off because the City Of Stockton will fine you if your property is a mess but they can come and make a mess in front of my house and don’t get to clean it. The supervisor Haung Ho found something funny about this and was sarcastic with me over the phone. Colin Scott was nice, but I haven’t got a return phone call from him or the person he claimed to call to come take care of this mess they left behind. They didn’t even have a broom to sweep up the mess. Common sense, if you’re cutting a gigantic tree like that, you should be prepared to keep the property adjacent to that tree as clean as you can.. preventative measures, perhaps! Next time lay a tarp down in somebody’s yard or something if you don’t want to clean it.. professionalism and Customer Service is at an all-time low right now and racism, sexism and discrimination clearly still exist.

P31 crew are exceptional. Safety first is a big priority to this company. We had the pleasure of having a crew cut down and trim trees. Now this was no easy job, we are fully landscaped with water mains and sprinklers everywhere. The crew was careful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right!
