The staff was extremely informed and competent. The removal was scheduled when the office phoned. Again, really pleasant and professional. The day prior, I was phoned to confirm. They called again the next morning to say they would arrive at 8 a.m. I arrived precisely on time. All of the employees were kind and courteous. Worked swiftly and effectively.
