They were incredibly kind and helpful today. I had a drone stuck very high up in a pine tree, and from the first phone call, the woman I spoke with was so nice and reassuring. They had someone out within about 30 minutes to assess the situation, which I really appreciated. While he was there and calling his boss since they had already given me a quote, my drone actually ended up falling from the tree on its own and I was able to recover it, so I didn’t end up needing the service after all. I even offered to pay something for their time because I felt bad, but they kindly told me not to worry about it and said they were just happy to help. That kind of honesty and customer service says a lot about a company. Even though I didn’t end up needing the job done, they absolutely made a great impression on me. If I ever need tree service in the future, they’ll be at the top of my list. Highly recommend.

My huge Oak and Poplar tree came out beautiful after trimming by Visalia Tree service. Under this Oak was a Koi pond, my young vegetable garden and many other fragile plants and structures. They spent the time to shield everything really well. Still I expected something would get damaged but no I didn't see a thing out of place or damaged. My Oak and Poplar tree really look good. And they cleaned up really good as well. the price was fair and would highly recommend Visalia Tree Service
