When I initially called Tom, I requested that he prune three trees in my yard. I don't have large trees, but only small and medium sized trees so Tom was able to come over without a crew. So, I was able to have an arborist with 20 plus years experience thin and reduce my trees. He worked steady for about 5 hours and did a fantastic job. Tom made suggestions when appropriate and I am completely satisfied with the results. He is very focused on all the details and the trees look healthy and beautiful. Tom was very patient and answered all my questions regarding tree care. Although I initially asked him to prune three trees, he ended up pruning a total of 6 trees and removed 2 small trees....all in about 5 hours due to his steady work and focus on the job. I will definitely hire Tom again. He seems very upfront, honest and very knowledgeable.

Tom did a fantastic job removing one of my trees and chipping and hauling off 3 other trees that had significant storm damage. He was extremely quick and professional, and very easy to work with. He was also able to help shape one of our remaining trees to not only make it look better but also make the tree stronger. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to all of my friends and plan on giving him a call the next time I need any tree / yard work done!

I hired Tom Arrington from Bay Arborist in November, 2019 to assist with a consultative arborist inspection of some reported/alleged tree damage to a neighboring property in the North Bay. Tom did an outstanding job with the project, providing quick, knowledgeable service, prompt and friendly follow-up, and a reasonable price that delivered excellent value. On that basis, I would certainly hire Tom again for another project of that kind, and would highly recommend that anyone else consider him for such tasks as well.
