Mendez Brothers Tree Service

Sunrun paid these guys to come out to my house and take down 85 foot pine tree about 1 foot from my back deck. 1. They cracked the handrail and caught around, holding in my plexiglass on my deck, this they actually told me about. I told him no problem. I’ll fix it myself. 2. They shattered about 10 feet of my retaining wall and the three steps that go with it, this they failed to tell me about. 3. They moved the bricks I had around my Generac to keep people from hitting it, and guess what, they hit it! They put the bricks back wrong, Backwards. This they also did not tell me about. When confronted, they denied any responsibility. This company is not allowed on my property ever again. I would highly recommend that nobody ever use this company, unless you want damage on your house and property.

Earlier this week I found the Mendez Brothers online due to their excellent google reviews after several tree cutters flaked on me. Their fees were more than fair. They showed up exactly on time, they had all the equipment they needed for the job, and worked tirelessly throughout the day getting rid of a massive tree (and liability) for my commercial property. It was grueling work, but they all worked as an experienced, and coordinated team and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The tree was located right next to an adjoining fence, but not a shred of damage occurred. Absolute professionals who were timely, cordial and friendly to deal with. I will never look elsewhere for tree removal services again. And they deserve the mountain of 5 star reviews they have amassed thus far. Brilliant team.
