Overall, an excellent experience - responsive, professional, well priced, and they truly know what they're doing! I found Zack & team through a referral from a local nursery. My Western Red Bud was getting leggy and out of control, and I wanted to know if now was a good time to prune and shape her, or, if not, WHEN that should be and how best to care for her long term. I really needed someone who knows how to care for all sorts of trees, not just remove them. I was looking for a long-term relationship for my trees! I made the call and Zack was perfectly a little early for our initial appointment. He assessed my tree - and looked at my 6 assorted fruit trees as well - and we made a plan. It's very clear that Zack knows a great deal about caring for trees, which is the most important thing to me. The price to prune the Red Bud was good, and I made the appointment for 3 weeks out. Yesterday, they called and the crew had some time after another job, so they stopped by and gave my tree a lovely glow-up! The crew knew what to do, were efficient and professional, and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Zack & team! I look forward to seeing you again later this year and hopefully well into the future.

Excellent experience. They were on time, polite, efficient, and completed the job in one day. They did a nice job of cleaning up the work area and left us a nice pile of wood chips (as requested).

This company was excellent! Good communication, fast and efficient! I have used them before and highly recommend! The team has awesome tools, they work well together, they are polite and leave the area better than before! They all wore protective gear and tools were well maintained. Overall recommend for all your tree needs!
