Simply Trees

Over a month ago I called them out for an estimate. A couple of days later I called for a time to do the work. On the day the work was suppose to be done I waited from 10-12 and no one. I got a call about 2 explaining they had to order something and could I make another appointment. Fine I did that knowing that things happen. The appointment was another 2 weeks out. This morning I was sitting here waiting for them to come and received a phone call saying that they couldn't do the work after all. All I needed was some italian cypresses tied up. Two other tree companies told me they couldn't do the job so why Simply Trees couldn't have told me that from the beginning I have no idea. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a HUGE waste of my time.

Simply Trees is great. They cut and thinned out my Japanese Maple trees. They also trimmed the trees in our HOA.

Very Friendly and very conscientious. Would recommend them!
