Yolo County Arborist

Feb. 2026, Sean with his team thinned and shaped my 3 huge 35 yr old African Sumacs away from my neighbor’s yards and as they needed to remain healthy. He added an iron rod to keep one of them with a widely spread trunk support. They also cut my huge podacarpus (sp?) away from my house and brought it down about 6 feet plus narrowed it all around. Sean trimmed my Pistache tree to shed less on my neighbor’s driveway and mine while keeping the arms I love. His estimate was under the other estimate I received. His workers moved my substantial patio furniture so they could work. They left everything clean and in place. They did all of this while it was raining and over 8 hours. This team is fantastic! I am grateful.

Yolo County Arborist is the best I have worked with. I needed a tree removed and their bid was the most affordable. I also asked him to remove a tree PGE had made lopsided by trimming, and he was able to save it! Sean came with a few guys who all worked well together. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I think Yolo County Arborist's bid was lower because Sean works smarter not harder. I will not hesitate to reach out to them first the next time I need an arborist.

We have had Yolo County Arborists out to do work on our property several times in the past years. Sean is very knowledgeable and provides good recommendations for what needs to be done. He and his crew do great work. Highly recommend them!!!
