I recently hired Minners Tree Company Inc. to remove 5 trees and a large amount of brush from my property, and I could not be happier with the experience. Before choosing them, I had called around 6 companies to come out and give me estimates. A few companies showed up, looked at the trees, and simply gave me a price. They were friendly enough and probably could have gotten the job done, but my situation was not simple. The trees were right next to my 12-foot-high deck, and one had a rotten trunk hanging over my neighbor’s house. I was very concerned that one wrong move could create issues with the neighbors, damage property, or lead to major financial headaches. What stood out to me about Arend, the owner, was that he actually took the time to walk through each setup in his mind and explain how they were going to safely take everything down. As a contractor who works on large projects involving public safety, I know how important it is to think through the job before starting. His planning gave me a lot more confidence in his abilities. On the day of the job, they showed up when they said they would, we moved the vehicles out of their way, and they got right to work. We had originally planned to use a neighbor’s driveway for their equipment, but that ended up not being possible. They adapted quickly and even removed two additional trees that were in the way of the equipment. Those trees were not very healthy anyway, and removing them actually helped my overall plan for the property. I can now fit my trailer off the street, which I am sure the neighbors will appreciate too. You could tell right away that they really knew what they were doing. I watched them work all day, and it was impressive to see how precise they were. They made specific cuts so limbs would swing exactly where they wanted them, then finished the cuts at the right moment so everything fell safely, missing the fence, deck supports, houses, and propane tank. When it came time to climb the big tree, they got it down safely and avoided every single thing we were worried about, including the neighbor’s house, our house, and the propane tank. They also helped me decide which logs were good for milling and which were better for firewood, then stacked everything where I wanted it on my property. This company has professionalism, skill, and a genuinely friendly attitude. You can tell the crew likes the boss and likes working with each other. They operate like a well-oiled machine. Minners Tree Company has done several jobs for me, and they’ve been excellent every time. They cleared land to open up the views behind my house, removed a tree that fell on my fence, and cut down a few others to make room for solar panels. The work is always done safely, efficiently, and at a fair price. Highly recommended for any tree service needs.

Arend and his crew did a great job at trimming our trees for home owners insurance standards. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up nicely, hardly knew that they were there. Very professional and would recommend. Thank you!
