We recently completed a standing seam metal roof with GBR Roofing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship is outstanding, the job site was kept clean, and the project was completed on schedule. The final result looks amazing and gave us a lot of confidence in the quality and durability of our new roof. GBR just finished my re-roofing project on my modular home about 2 weeks ago.I truly appreciated the attention to detail the project manager, Aviel Haim, provided me. He met with me initially for over 2 hours to explain the process, products to be used, & the procedure & how long the project would take to complete. His expertise in all aspects of the project were greatly appreciated. It was also important to me he was on site during the entire day during work hours to insure the project was completed on a timely basis. He also took an extra effort to obtain the building permit that was required since the roof was on a modular home. Several other companies wouldn’t even consider my re-roofing since I’m in a modular home. I would definitely recommend GBR & Aviel for any future roofing projects.
