Jason Page and Moises from Page Roofing did a great job keeping me informed with a detailed estimate and when rain threatened, they got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They had done work for my parents many years ago and I was glad to find them again. Page Roofing just completed 2 more jobs on my house which they finished in 2 days. Our porch roof needed replacing and the trusses at the front and back of the house all had to be treated for dry rot and damage. Their work is neat and looks great. This is the second time they had to beat the upcoming rains. Also, their estimates were very reasonable and they didn't go over the expected costs. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the job Page Roofing did on our roof. Though the projected start date was pushed back approximately two months due to weather and dry rot repair on previous jobs taking longer then expected, once started, they were like a well oiled machine. Our roof had substantially more dry rot than expected but they didn't skip a beat. The additional cost beyond the original quote on the change order was reasonable and within the contract limits. There were several things that led to our choosing Page Roofing over other contractors who also bid on the job. The first was the line item list of what they would be doing. From moving and stacking the tiles, to what they were using as roof battens, the underlayment, the risers, the fasteners and the list goes on. If they were going to do it or use it, it was in the contract. No other bid did that, only what underlayment that was to be used and the cost of repairs beyond the amount listed in the contract. There were many broken tiles that had to be replaced and there was no additional cost for this. They cleaned their work area at the end if the day. We have two dogs and they made sure no nails or other debris was left so the dogs wouldn't inadvertently chew or swallow it. When removing the rain gutters, they made sure they weren't damaged, and when they put them back on, they made sure the water flowed properly and even straightened out dented portions and sealed parts that had previously been leaking. This was done at no additional charge and they didn't even mention they did it, but I definitely noticed. There was an issue with our livingroom skylight and they replaced the whole thing tube and all at no additional cost. They replaced all the metal flashing around the chimney and all vents, and here is the kicker, they spray painted all metal and plastic surfaces including the vents brown to match the color of the roof. That attention to detail really impressed me. I would definitely recommend Page Roofing to someone else, but more importantly, use them again if we purchase another home in this area.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job! They were very professional and detailed which are the two most important things to me in the contracting business. They had a great response time in providing a quote and were priced very fair. Unfortunately, they discovered that the plywood had to be repaired for the entire roof (not surprising with how bad of shape the roof was in) but Jason priced that extremely reasonably for me as well, which was such a relief. They also sent me photos of the process each step of the way! At one point during the install I saw five to six members of his team on my roof, each of them focusing intently on their individual tasks, never once standing around. I'm sure that's one of the reasons they got it installed so quickly and why the final outcome was so great. Their fast pace also made it less of a nuisance for my tenants.
