One thing that really stood out to me is that Mike McCurdy Roofing is CertainTeed certified, which means they are qualified to install CertainTeed roofing systems and can offer extended manufacturer warranty protection that most contractors can’t provide. That gave me a lot of confidence knowing the roof is installed to manufacturer standards and backed by additional warranty coverage. They also did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished, leaving the property looking great. Mike S. showed up right on time for the inspection and was very professional from the start. He checked the skylights inside my home first, then went up on the roof to take a closer look. He clearly explained what needed to be repaired, what was rusted, and what needed to be replaced. His price was fair, and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and finished everything as promised. The work looks great, and you can tell it was done right. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. More than five stars if I could give that.
