At Last Roof Repair

I called At Last Roof Repair because my gutter was beginning to separate from my house. It had been raining for the past few days and there was rain in the forecast for pretty much the rest of the week. Personally as a homeowner in San Francisco, I would call that an emergency situation. Ramon from At Last Roof Repair was super nice and helpful in setting up my appointment for someone to come out to look at it. He personally came out to check on the situation and knew exactly how to handle it. He was very clear and knowledgeable when explaining the issue and different solutions to me. After we decided on the solution and hung up the phone, he called right back about five minutes later. Someone had cancelled and he had a free afternoon to fix my gutters! I know that doesn’t happen in every case, but I appreciated that Ramon was willing to get the job done immediately. He drew up the contract and went to work. A job that would normally take around a week and a half from start to finish, took one and half day. I got to give Ramon the credit for that. The staff members at At Last Roof Repair are professional, friendly, courteous, and understanding. They also did not try to sell me things or services that I didn’t need. I’m very pleased with the work that has been done and I would definitely recommend At Last Roof Repair to everyone I know.
