I am completely satisfied with the high quality work performed by Magallon roofing company. My roof looks great! Magallon's representatives were friendly, helpful and professional. Roofing specialist Neydi thoroughly explained step by step how the job would be done. Part of the project included structural repair to a slumping garage roof. Neydi's professional consultation convinced me that I didn't need to meet with any other roofing contractors. Magallon's L.A. crew worked very hard to get my roof done, working 12 hrs some days! Thank you L.A. crew for fixing my roof and leaving my property nice and clean.

I'm disappointed that I have to write this review because I truly believed my roof issue had been fixed. I initially contacted Magallons roofing inc. due to a leak that was occurring between the roof and patio. Alfredo came out to inspect the area, and shortly afterward I received an estimate outlining the cost and the work that would be completed. The roof was under warranty for 2 year, but during that time we didn't have much rain, so there was no real way to confirm whether the problem had actually been resolved. Like most homeowners, we trust that the repair would be done correctly since your paying a hefty price. This year, after heavier rain, the leak returned. I contacted the office and explained my concerns. I was told that my warranty had expired, but that Alfredo would call me and potentially would come out to inspect the roof and see what could be done. Unfortunately. I never received a follow up call or visit to inspect. For that reason I am giving this company 1 star or no stars if I could. I still don't know if the original leak was repaired properly. Now I'm facing another cost for the same leak. I highly advise you to choose another roofing company.
