My wife and I hired Stephen Curley Roofing to replace the roof on our home in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa in October 2020, and we’ve been extremely happy with our decision. Stephen and his team did a fantastic job! The crew was always on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site at the end of each day. Stephen also recommended adding several additional roof vents, which have made a noticeable difference during the summer months by helping keep the house cooler. We also had gutter guards installed on the new gutters, which has eliminated the need for fall gutter cleaning. Now, six years later, we’re still enjoying cooler summers and maintenance-free gutters! At the completion of the project, Stephen personally went up on the roof to inspect every detail and ensure everything was done exactly as expected. Steve and team were great to work with. It was our first time replacing a roof and they came highly recommended by our realtor. When shopping around between 3 companies Steve used the same high quality materials as the highest price option and beat them on cost. Steve mentioned a few times while working together that he always likes to do something special for his clients and in my case that was throwing in re-roofing our shed at no cost and honoring a year old quote from when he originally priced a re-roof durring our home inspection. In today's economy with tariffs and prices shooting up at the rate they are, this really meant a lot and Steve had no obligation to honor such an old quote. Steve was very communicative, professional, and a great guy to work with. You could really tell that he cares for his customers and that he is willing to go above and beyond to deliver! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the team beat their time estimates, getting all the work done in 3 days while only accessing the project from the exterior of the house and not requiring any supervision. We recently had our roof replaced by Stephen Curley Roofing and I am completely satisfied with the overall experience and the results. Stephen Curley’s crew repaired the damage caused by a faulty pool solar install from 15 years prior and installed a new mounting system to prevent pool solar from becoming a problem again. Stephen also listened to our concerns about heat build up and worked with us to improve our overall ventilation by suggesting larger more efficient vents, including a new smart vent. We’ve definitely noticed a difference and will be running our AC a lot less this summer. Stephen Curley’s crew were friendly, professional and efficient during the entire process. The team laid down tarps around the house and at the end of each day, the work site was clean. Overall, the project took two and a half days, which included the repairs. They even went over and above by painting the facade to really make the new roof look fantastic. I will not hesitate to recommend Stephen Curley to anyone that needs a new roof.
