They used high quality shingles, ice and water shield, and synthetic underlayment, which gave me much more value for the budget. Their roofing crew did an excellent job protecting my home during the tear-off and installation. They covered the house, plants, and surrounding areas with tarps, tables, and plywood to keep everything safe from falling roof debris. They also set up a tarp net system that caught nails and old roofing material, and they carefully cleaned the area with magnetic tools so the yard stayed neat and safe. They explained the whole roofing process clearly, told me exactly what materials would be used, and were honest from start to finish.
