Equinox Roofing

Had our roof replaced by this company. The experience was almost perfect, hence the five stars. After initial negotiating pains the process was fast and smooth. We got three different quotes and Equinox Roofing had a superior offer. Notably, another company gave us satellite estimate of 3500 sq. feet and Equinox's was 2900. The price they quoted us was also best. All project was done in three working days, leaving us impressed - these guys came and attacked our old, leaky roof. Will definitely recommend them.

Starting any home improvement project can be very daunting, especially if it’s your first time. I had never undertaken any project this big before, so I was really nervous and not sure how to start. But I’m so glad that I chose the folks at Equinox to help me with my re-roofing project. Even from the very beginning, when I was going out for bids, I already had a good feeling about them. Doron, our project manager, was super informative and thorough about the services they would provide and materials they’d let me choose from, and of all the companies I sought quotes from, he was also the most up front about how the process would work, which really helped me feel at ease. They were also the quickest in providing me a response and quote. In terms of price, their estimate was also the most reasonable. All in all, I was pretty confident Equinox was the right decision for me. Once the work started, they were very flexible and communicative, which helped because I wasn’t at home when most of the project was taking place. Additionally, my roof is super steep and tricky, but the team handled the project expertly. The workers were prompt, quick, and efficient. I am very satisfied with the final result. Everything looks great, and I’m comforted by the warranty provided. The most important thing for me, though, was the friendly and caring service. I really felt comfortable during the whole process, which means so much because of how overwhelming the project felt at the start. I know I’ll be recommending Equinox Roofing to any family and friends I know who might be looking to get work done on their roofs.
