Westshore Roofing replaced our roof recently, and Ben Fowler was the project manager on the project. He was great to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and super responsive. He answered all our questions without any pressure, kept communication clear, and made the whole process relatively smooth and stress-free. After the inspection was finalized, I noticed an exhaust vent had been covered by shingles when I was up in the attic duct taping my HVAC exhaust pipes. I reported the issue to Ben, and he had Gabriel (the awesome foreman) and the team come out within three days to fix it by creating a new vent opening in a different location since it was too close to an O’Hagin vent they had installed.
