If I could give this company a one star review, I would!! Potential Customers: I would highly suggest you Read This Review before calling them!! This company was referred to us by the roofing company who did our roof! AR Gutters is by far one of the worst service provider company I’ve encountered and dealt with. We hired them to provide us with a proposal to replace our gutters at our house. Right from the beginning I noticed the communication from the office was terrible. We waited two weeks to receive the estimate. Once we received we approved it and asked them to schedule us. I had to call them 3 times. Email them twice and didn’t receive any response. A month later, the office called and said they are ready to schedule. I was surprised that they bothered to get back to me after all this time. I told the office lady, Laura, due to their lack of communication, we couldn’t wait and hired a much reputable and responsive company and the job is already completed. Few days ago, I received an invoice of $250 (restock fee?). With a “20 days Preliminary Notice” which means that this company is going to plan on taking a legal action in a small claim court!!!! For $250!!! Unbelievable!! They never for once acknowledged that they have dropped the ball completely by not bothering to respond back to the three calls and two emails they received from me and still had the nerve to email & mail me an invoice with a legal action notice! I won’t recommend this to any family or friends and I recommend you the same, too!

AR Gutters did an excellent job installing new gutters and downspouts when we had our house re-roofed. A year later we wanted to change the direction that one of the downspouts pointed. I contacted them and they were very responsive. They came out and changed it for free. They went above and beyond. Excellent service!
