Red's Roofing

I called and spoke with a woman claiming to be the new business owner of Reds Roofing. I explained our issue with the roof to my dad's property the original owner installed that's still under warranty. Drains were installed too high....water puddling..subpar patch work...flat roof caving in...etc. Her first explanation right off the bat without even wanting to hear any more was " because the original owner is no longer alive, the warranty is no longer valid because she now has a different license number even though it's still the same business name. She did state they can come out and give us an estimate...WHAT? WHY WOULD I EVER BOTHER AGAIN? UNREAL!.. It's apparent that they have ZERO INTEGRITY or LOYALTY to their customers....NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY EVER HAVE OUR BUSINESS!!!

I’ve called them for an estimate. They gave me a date but no time. I stayed home all day and they didn’t show up. I called them again and they gave me a new time and date and still no one showed up.

This is the best roofing company in California! I had two house in coalinga that had not been roofed in 50 years. Lot's of differed maintenance. The owner said she has seen how bad they are for years. Red's spoke to my property manager. He called me. I got a great deal on both. You can too! Also, the owner has a heart of gold. Call them now
