Lupe of Coastal Roofing was helpful and easy to work with in sorting out our options and finding our way in comparing bids. Coastal was flexible in modifying their bid to reflect the roof features that we wanted. Costal's bid was one of the lower ones of the four we considered, and there were details in Costal's bid that made us prefer it over the lowest and even a higher bid. Scheduling our roof repair went easily and smoothly. Lupe kept us informed and was readily reachable when we had any questions. The Coastal roofers were considerate and gracious, just plain sweet people. They thoroughly cleaned up the work area at the end of each of the six days they worked on our roof. The roof looks beautiful and very solid.

I do not usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I had an excellent experience with Lupe from Coastal Roofing and Solar. He came out to look at a leak issue we were having and took the time to carefully inspect the area, explain what he was seeing and help us understand the likely source of the problem. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his integrity. He did not try to turn the situation into a bigger job than necessary, and he was very clear about what needed to be checked before making any major decisions. He helped seal the area and water-tested it afterward to make sure no water was coming through. On top of all that, he did not charge me, which was incredibly generous. It is rare to find someone who is this honest, skilled and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated his time, professionalism and kindness. Coastal Roofing & Solar met and exceeded my expectations of how a company should be run. From measurements setting up start date to final inspection communication is a must for me. They let me know what was happening each and every day. Always on time and clean up at end of day. They would inform me when leaving and would explain what was done that day and would ask if I had any questions and what would be done the next day.
