California Shingle & Shake Co. - Fairfield

I recently inquired about scheduling a time to order matierals for my roof, and upon answering the phone I immediately felt threatened. The first word she said on the phone was, "What do you want". The professionalism/ manner of speaking is a big deal in many industries, especially roofing or anything contruction related. As the conversation continued, I was wondering if I was being toyed with or even being taken seriously. I called back later in the day hoping to speak to a manager and was greeted with an even worse experience, which I thought was impossible. I've never experienced a worse experience in my 25 years of construction, I was never offered compensation of any form, not even an apology. DO NOT!... DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COSTUMER SERVICE FROM THE SECTRETARY!

Not only do they sell Roofing Materials but they also sell Fireplaces and Mantels. They were very helpful in answering questions and were not pushy in any way.

Nice employees. Showroom isn't all that big, but looks like a good selection of products.
