We had the pleasure of getting new gutters, downspouts and leaf filters installed by Superior Seamless Gutter recently. 5/29/2026 @ 1306-1315 I was driving northbound on Highway 101 from Rohnert Park to downtown Santa Rosa during heavy traffic. I was in the fast lane traveling with the flow of traffic behind a white SUV that was braking every 10–15 seconds due to congestion ahead. I maintained about two car lengths of distance for safety. During this time, one of your employees driving a white single-cab pickup truck with black racks and company logos on both doors was driving extremely aggressively and erratically. He repeatedly swerved into the middle lane attempting to pass, then back behind my truck, and even into the left emergency shoulder seemingly to intimidate me. He tailgated so closely that I could no longer see his headlights or license plate. When I exited the freeway, he accelerated directly behind the white SUV ahead of me, following within approximately a foot of their bumper. This type of driving is extremely dangerous and could seriously injure someone or cause a major accident. I did call the company afterward and spoke with office staff, who were polite, professional, and apologetic. I was transferred to Jacob, who was understanding about the seriousness of the situation and also apologized. I appreciate the professionalism from the office staff and management, but this employee’s behavior reflects very negatively on the company. I sincerely hope this driver begins considering the safety of others, as well as his own, before someone gets hurt.
