Preferred Roofing

Joe came out to estimate costs for a vent removal and patch job. after looking at it, he said "i'll fix it if you want, but you could do it yourself for about $12" and explained in detail why he recommended it, and a few options for materials. the quote for his work was half what the other contractors quoted. Preferred Roofing is in fact preferred. by me. will call them again for my future roofing work. thanks Joe!

Joe and his crew were wonderful. They completely stripped my old double roof and installed new along with needed facia that had water damage. Along with that, Darby Completely installed new rain, gutters and downspouts. This entire job was done in three days and it looks beautiful. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I have absolutely no complaints only praises for Preferred Roofing and Preferred Gutters.

I used Preferred Roofing for a new roof at my home in Fresno in February 2024. They showed up and did a good job (although I found a lot of debris in my attic after the fact which should have been cleaned up). The reason that they don't get a better review - the owner promised me a 50 year warranty. I have requested that documentation and after his initial statement that he would follow up he has now "gone dark". I would say if you are counting on anything other than roof work beware.
