Nick just came to inspect my roof on my one-family house in El Cerrito. He took me on to the roof and walked me through my roof problems patiently and at length. Because of him, I know about how many years left I have, what work I can do to extend the life, and how much replacement will cost. He also gave me a reference for a solar panel company to do roof-related work since Sunpower (our installer) is out of business. In short, he was incredibly experienced, thorough, and honest! I probably don't need to replace my entire roof now, but when I do, I'll likely look to Nick to do it.

Months later when I asked for a written assessment of their inspection for another use, they just emailed it over no questions asked, and didn't try to upsell me into a new inspection or something.
