Jose and his crew came out to take a look at a long time issue we've had with our roof that we've had two other crews work on over the years. The last atmospheric river almost sunk a visit from some friends as the roof leaked AGAIN... and with another one on the way, we needed to act fast to get this resolved permanently. Very fair pricing on very short notice... written estimate and we're off. Started the next day and reported that there was some dry rot that he would cover under our original estimate... no gouging here... Work was impeccable and clean up was complete... couldn't even tell that work had been done. Attention to detail was high. He replaced a board that was rotted and made sure that he primed the board to ensure that it wouldn't suffer with the upcoming rain. Overall, we're impressed and highly recommend Roofing Craftsman for your roofing needs. They were on time and delivered exactly what they promised on time and on budget. I've attached photos of the replaced primed facia board and the absolutely clean entry that they left after the work (the rest is under our roof tiles, so there's nothing to see there)

Jose has easily become our favorite person to work with. Recommended to us by a skylight specialist, we first lucked out with getting Jose’s help last year when we bought our house and needed some patch up work on the shingle roof as well as replacement of some cracked skylights over a breezeway. While in the process of getting an estimate, we had a roof leak pop up & Jose responded immediately and was able to come by the next day to get everything patched up. He then helped with fixing up all of the previously mentioned stuff with the roof, helped us get brand new skylights and install them correctly on our tar & gravel breezeway (unlike what had been on there before), and did an amazing job, delivering just as promised - all with a smile. Recently, we were redoing our roof deck and realized we should probably get the roof checked out to ensure everything looked good before building the new deck. Jose came through yet again and we are so grateful to have someone like him on our side. He is everything that you hope for - responsive, punctual, friendly, and does fantastic work. I could not recommend him more highly!

Jose is a joy to work with! Wonderful work - very high level of pride and craftsmanship! Jose has worked on the roofs of two different houses for me and we called him again when our new home in West Marin sprang 7 leaks in our kitchen! Jose sent a team of guys to patch it on Christmas Eve - a Sunday! - in between rain storms, and returned at the first break in the rain to completely replace our roof in 2 1/2 days! The foreman, Eli Ogle, supervised with Ricardo and Chavez heading the team of 7 guys to get the work finished in between winter storms. They replaced our tar and gravel flat roof with heat reflective TPO latex covering which lasts 30+ years. They reshingled our two peaks with Bark colored shingles - also 30 years - which improves the aesthetics of our home. A great team of guys. We could not recommend them more highly!
