Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought a water heater from here and it was cheaper than Home Depot even with 6 years parts & labor warranty… would highly recommend buying water heater from here because you can get the correct parts easily if it fails

This is the owner of Clear Line Plumbing I operate a small plumbing company based out of Colusa County. I use windustrial when I service the Yolo county and surrounding area. I recently purchased a water heater from windustrial. After installing the unit, it was malfunctioning. I spoke with Jason at windustrial he gave me a very hard time about swapping it out. He also mentioned if my company spent more money with them annually he wouldn’t hassle me about swapping out water heaters. After my persistence, they ended up swapping out the water heater, and the new one worked correctly. A month prior to this the same employee Jason would not honor a warranty for one of their water heaters and was advised by his representative from the Bradford white Water Heater company to wait it out because the warranty was almost expired. I ended up going to Fergusons and exchanging the water heater under warranty with no hassle. Soon after the recent exchange , I received a telephone message from Jason, he was happily letting me know that he closed my account and said the reason was because our business models do not align. Our business model at Clear Line is to be reliable, provide quality work, and to solve the plumbing issue successfully that the customer called us out for. If windustrial does not share this business model then I’m not sure if they have the best interest for their customers in mind. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a product that functions. I was also very surprised that I was singled out and targeted for going out of my way to make sure my customer was taken care of with a new water heater that worked. I hope this is helpful to anybody looking through the reviews. Windustrial is one of the only supply houses in Woodland. But keep in mind there is Pace, Ferguson/Calsteam, General plumbing That also provide plumbing supplies. I’ve been in the plumbing industry for the last 20 years. All of these places have treated me with respect and stood behind their product. Never had an experience like this. He is the president of the Woodland branch. His actions were extremely petty.

tried to get hold of corporate hopefully they give me a better explanation on why they don’t like it if you return defective products.
