Redi-Rooter I recently hired a plumber to address a leaking pipe issue in my home. From the start, the plumber was punctual and displayed a professional demeanor. They thoroughly assessed the situation, explaining the problem and proposed solutions clearly. Throughout the repair process, the plumber demonstrated excellent expertise, efficiently fixing the issue with precision. They were well-equipped with the necessary tools and parts, minimizing any delays. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care taken to avoid unnecessary damage to surrounding areas. Moreover, the plumber maintained a tidy work environment, cleaning up after completing the repairs. Communication was seamless, as they kept me informed about the progress and any additional findings. In terms of pricing, while not the cheapest option, the quality of service justified the cost. Overall, I highly recommend this plumber for their professionalism, technical proficiency, and customer-centric approach.

SPECTACULAR. The transparency, the genuineness, the expertise, and so much more. Britta and Jerry are the utmost professionals. My first experience with the company was with Britta, and she was so pleasant, so gracious with my flurry of questions, and efficient too. She also followed up exactly on time with everything she promised: 5+ stars. Then Jerry... Jerry was beyond generous and gracious when I connected with him. With decades of expertise, he openly and candidly shared what my problem was on the surface and generously went further to share other things I could do on my own with any other homes built in the 1990s or later to fix possible plumbing problems before they occur. Some folks don't share this level of expertise and Jerry with a heart of gold generously did. This company, and more specifically, these two souls, Britta and Jerry, are absolute GEMS. Visalia is fortunate to have these two people living amongst us and this company offering services to us. I would highly recommend them and again a BIG THANK YOU! =)
