I’ve had a reverse osmosis system in my home for a long time, and I called Wright Brothers Plumbing & Gas for routine plumbing maintenance. Terrence did an excellent job. After my kitchen remodel, I scheduled another visit to reconnect the RO system to the fridge water line, run a separate line to the sink, and flush everything so the drinking water system was working properly again. Terrence was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was patient, listened carefully, and clearly cared about doing the work right. He also found a matching faucet that fit perfectly with my new kitchen setup and got the whole system back in good working order. Now I have clean reverse osmosis drinking water again, and the water line connections all look and function great. I’ve been consistently impressed with the service, from the office staff who handled the scheduling to the plumber who completed the installation and hookup work. The whole experience felt professional, friendly, and organized. They really understand water filtration, sink connections, and kitchen plumbing, and I would highly recommend them.

They were able to send Brian out the same day, which was a big help. He arrived on time, checked the unit right away, and did a careful diagnosis to find the issue. Brian explained the problem in simple terms and made a real effort to track down the part needed for the water heater repair. He followed up and let us know the part was unavailable, even through the manufacturer, which showed his honesty and good communication. He also offered a practical option to supply and install a new water heater if we wanted to move forward that way. We ended up using a different solution on our side, but we were still very impressed with the service call. There was no charge for the visit, and we appreciated the prompt response, professionalism, and the time spent trying to help us get our hot water working again. It is rare to find a plumbing technician who is this punctual, straightforward, and helpful even when the job does not end in an install. Very pleased with the overall experience.

we recently had a bad kitchen sink drain clog and called wright brothers plumbing & gas after reading so many great reviews. brian called the morning of our appointment to let us know he was on the way. he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to on the phone and in person. when brian and terrence arrived, they explained the plumbing repair cost clearly up front and got right to work. they cleared the sink clog fast and also installed a new faucet, which made everything work much better. while checking the piping and drainage area, they found a hidden water leak in a dark corner that could have turned into a much bigger plumbing problem later. we set up another visit, and they came back to repair that leak and take care of several other plumbing-related issues around the home. they also helped remove old equipment and improved the venting setup. the overall condition of our plumbing system is now much better than before. their workmanship, professionalism, and positive attitude stood out the whole time. they worked efficiently, kept us informed, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. they provided excellent customer service and are easily some of the best plumbing professionals we have worked with as homeowners.
