I’ve never experienced this from any other plumbing service. The plumber was great at explaining details and important information that was needed to now after install. C.C. and Son's Plumbing Solutions performed a tankless water heater replacement for me. They were very professional and helpful as well as willing to walk me through everything I needed to know about maintenance and care for the newly installed water heater. While they were out, they were able to provide very in depth answers to multiple questions I had regarding my plumbing, water filtration, and water quality.

The tech came out when the office said they would. They did an assessment and walked me through what needs to be done, including replacement parts and a new clean out trap. I was told about the process like when signatures would be needed from me and how the estimate would arrive by email.
