I had a great experience with Hormoz Sayed, the HVAC technician who came out to fix my AC issue. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He found multiple issues with the system, explained what was wrong, and clearly walked me through the repairs that were needed. Hormoz was able to fix the issues and even followed up after the repair to check that the system was still working properly. I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Excellent service, and I would definitely recommend him.

Mr Sayed is kind, efficient, and fair. My tenant was concerned about a noisy air-conditioning unit. He tightened some loose screws related to the valve, cleaned out the outdoor HVAC unit, replaced the capacitor, and topped off the refrigerant and sealant at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him!
