Write a ReviewWe broke down in Tehachapi and needed to empty our RV tanks after 6 days. Since the pickup was in the shop and the RV Park didn’t offer septic hook ups, we had no way to haul the trailer to a dump station. Call them at 4:00 pm on Tuesday and they were there the next morning at 6:30 pm. Nice friendly people to work with.
Are septic seems to fill up every time it rains heavily. Sim comes out quickly and if they’re booked they always come through by squeezing us in somehow. Hard to find that kind of customer service.
Sims supplied portable toilets and hand washing stations for our event of 1500 people. (SoCal Mountain Bike Championships). Delivered on time, picked up in time, restrooms were as clean, plenty of toilet paper. All was good.
