Castillo Plumbing made ours way less painful than it could've been. Started as a nasty clog, turned into a full line replacement, and these guys handled the whole thing like pros. Ran a camera, showed us what was up, gave a fair quote, and got to work. No sketchy upsells, no disappearing acts, no mystery charges at the end. Just solid, honest work from a crew that clearly knows what they're doing. Highly recommend.

Our water heater went out on Saturday night. I called another well-known plumbing service that advertised 24/7 service. They were supposed to come on Sunday but called early Sunday to say that they would not be coming. So I called Castillo who offered AND delivered on the promise of 24 hour service. Erick arrived within an hour and determined that the water heater couldn't be fixed and we would need a replacement. He left to locate the replacement and returned a few hours later. He worked for several hours to drain the old heater, remove it and install the new one. He left our house with the hot water restored and the laundry room where the heater is located cleaner than when he arrived. He was courteous and efficient. Jimmy, who I spoke with several times in the office, was also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I am very pleased with Castillo Plumbing and their excellent service.
