i reached out to mark & sons plumbing services llc after seeing some great reviews online. frank came by our place in santa cruz to check out a few plumbing repairs we needed, including a couple of tricky problems. he was super friendly, quick, and had a really positive attitude. he even took care of the hair clogging up our bathroom sink right then and there, which was a huge relief. he gave us a reasonable estimate for the bigger jobs and plans to come back soon to finish everything up. i feel really confident in his skills and honesty. plus, it's always nice to have someone so upbeat working in your home. i highly recommend their services if you need a plumber!

When we first moved into our house, Curtis and his crew replaced all the toilets and installed a new water heater for us. I had a leaking stand-alone shower in my Santa Cruz home that needed to be replaced with a new tub unit. Curtis and his assistant came out and did a fantastic job fixing the rotten floor underneath first. They carefully cut out about four feet of the tongue and groove wall boards around the tub alcove so the new unit could fit just right. Their plumbing work was very tidy, with straight cuts and clean edges, which made it simple to do the finishing touches after the installation. Curtis also took extra care to remove the wood gently, since I wanted to reuse as much of it as possible. The whole project stayed within the original, reasonable quote, and I’m really pleased with the results. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a plumber in the future.
