I needed my water heater replaced under warranty. RoyalTech was able to complete the work on very short notice. Everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that they would not diagnose the issue remotely and wanted to charge $295 to diagnose the issue on-site. Using the internet and a few phone calls, I was able to diagnose the issue myself and saved $295.
