Boudreau Plumbing & Heating just left my house. There was a problem with the installation of my mini-splits that had been done by a different company, and I had no heat. It was a complicated mess that needed a lot of debugging. Boudreau were excellent. They knew what they were doing and they fixed everything. Best of all, they did quality work. I’m a handyman. I know the difference between quality work, barely good enough work, and shoddy work. Most contractors I deal with overcharge for shoddy work. Not Boudreau. I was VERY pleased with them, and will happily call them again if there is ever another problem with my HVAC system. I really don’t know if they’re the cheapest price around, because that’s not what I was looking for. I wasn’t shopping around for price, I was shopping around for knowledge and quality of work. And I got exactly what I’d hoped for. If you need help (especially with Bryant or Carrier mini-splits like mine), I’d encourage you to give them a try.

Boudreau has been regularly servicing all of our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems for many years, and we have always been 100% satisfied with their commitment to quality work. They’ve always been responsive to any concerns we might have about one of the systems, and they’ve always figured out how to correct/fix any problem. The folks in the office are always friendly and efficient, and the techs are always knowledgeable and always get jobs done to our complete satisfaction.
