Ernesto was very informative and we were given all options for both repairs or new purchase and were able to make an informed decision. There was no high pressure salesmanship. He was able to schedule the new installation Same Day. I am so glad we called Comfort Now!!!
The absolute worst. My AC stopped working and I called Comfort Now Air, Plumbing, and heating they sent out two techs the next morning from Lee’s AC. After looking at my AC they said the compressor and blower motor were bad and would cost $8,000.00. The tech said with the amount to fix it we should just replace it because it would just go out again and a new unit would cost $26,000.00. I had started all the paperwork but luckily was to talking to some buddies who told me that is twice the price of what a new AC unit should cost. I called another company for a second opinion and they came out and replaced the blower motor for way under a thousand and my AC is working great. I think it’s insane that a company can go around taking advantage of people and I wonder how many they have done this to?
The crew were very polite and professional. Extremely pleased with the finished product.
