Bayside plumbing

We just had the worst experience with Bayside Plumbing. We had a commercial building in San Rafael, the tenant there hired him this Monday, 2/23 to clear a clogged sewer line. We sent him a check on 2/25 for $2500.00. He charged 750.00 to change a toilet flange and $1600.00 to snake a sewer line. Then on 2/27 he calls my son who has nothing to do with this demanding payment. Then he finds my number and is calling me while I am out to dinner not once but twice. When I got home, I called him and asked what are you doing, pursuing payment so aggressively.. We own many commercial properties and have dealt with numerous repairs. I have never been hounded in this fashion. He then threatened to put a lien on our property. I would never recommend this plumber with this behavior and attitude.

Bayside Plumbing and Luis did an exceptional job at my house. Bayside helped us get quality water filtration in our home. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing the work right. Then my mother was having trouble at her house so she called two other plumbing companies that quoted her a ridiculous price of over $2,500 for a shower fixture and drain replacement. Then I contacted Bayside, and Luis was able to help her save over $1,500 while still providing top-quality service. I really respect Bayside Plumbing for looking out not only for my home, but for my mothers as well. Especially since the middle class is dying out. That kind of integrity means a lot these days. Bayside Plumbing has the best plumbers in Petaluma! They installed a water softener for us, as well as doing a sink installation and toilet repair. Great customer service, and an easy, seamless process. 10/10 recommend.
