On Point Plumbing is one of the finest plumbing companies I have been lucky to find. I am new in the Central Coast area, and my home has had several plumbing problems since I moved here. My first experiences with plumbers were not completely satisfactory; then, my neighbors recommended On Point Plumbing. Since that time, all my plumbing experiences were good. On Point is an extremely professional and ethical company. Rochelle, in the office, and Austin, our plumber, could not be any more effective at their jobs. Rochelle not only schedules appointments, but she keeps a close tab on the plumbers and offers systematic updates on their arrival time. Those updates are so helpful.. Austin is the best plumber!! He is excellent at assessing problems and solving them. He is efficient but thorough, and he goes above and beyond for the customer. I cannot say enough about On Point's team and the great success I have had working with them. I highly recommend On Point Plumbing for your plumbing needs--big or small.
