These guys are great! They are quick to respond, efficient and know what they are doing. Thier pricing is more than fair. They act like they are serving the community they live in and it shows. Highly recommend 👌!

$600 "down the drain." Our cleanout was overflowing down the driveway and into our street. We called Roto-Rooter and they came and snaked it and said "nothing was wrong" and charged me $150. Cleanout began overflowing again 37 days later. Called to get them to come back out - warranty was only for 30 days, so charged me another $130 to tell me that "nothing was wrong." 2 weeks later, cleanout started overflowing again. Called and asked for them to come out under warranty. Was told that they would need to camera the line in order to understand what is happening, which was not under warranty and would cost additional money. I agreed to it because I needed my plumbing to not be overflowing into the street. They came and completed the camera, let me watch, and explained what they were seeing. They marked a couple of spots on my property where they saw the problems and then informed me that they were "too busy" to complete any repairs and the techs gave me the names of some people I could call. Of course, they charged me another $270. I called to schedule someone to fix it and was informed they would need to camera again. I informed them that marks were made, but they still need to see for themselves what is happening (understandably). I called Roto-Rooter back to ask if it was standard practice to diagnose knowing that they wouldn't be able to complete any repairs. I spoke with the boss, who wasn't pleasant, and she stated that I, "declined a flash drive of the camera." There was never any discussion about a flash drive. She later changed her sentiment and said that I, "never asked for a flash drive." I'm unsure how a layperson would know to request a flash drive. The boss informed me that it was inaccurate that they were too busy, but that it was out of their scope of work to make any of the repairs required. I'm unsure why they offer to diagnose larger problems if their business model is only rooting - a fact that I was not made aware of. As a layperson, I am naive to the scope of work of various plumbing companies. I will not use this company again as I feel they were unprofessional, not forthcoming, and unhelpful. I do want to add that I had no issues with the techs - they were all pleasant to work with.

Oni was great came in detected the problem and got it fixed all in a timely matter while being respectful and mindful of everything in the house great experience and definitely will be using no one else other than roto rooter highly recommend you give them a shot if you have any plumbing issues
