Made an appointment with the owner. Didn’t show up, and didn’t respond when I tried reaching out. Coming from someone who owns a business in the trade industry, super unprofessional and not a good way to represent your company. If you didn’t want to come out that’s fine, would’ve just liked a simple response.

Solid people. Very honest and they know their business. I tried others before and now I only use them for my septic jobs.

Review for MGC: Our manufactured home looked great after they completed the work. We made our final payment March 6, 2020. After final payment and what we thought was the completion of our business with MGC, formerly D&M Construction, we discovered that they built the electric service panel on the wrong side of the house and they built the propane line within 10 feet of the property line. It took 3 months before they came back out to relocate the electric service panel. They started trenching a new propane line outside of the 10 foot minimum distance from the property line and still haven’t finished. We finished paying them over a year ago. When I message Manuel, I get empty promises that they’re going to come out and finish the job. This is the very last task we are waiting on to finish this project. Our house and community burned down in the Camp Fire in 2018. We have relocated 5 times since the fire and have undergone unimaginable stress and loss. We shouldn’t have beg a contractor to come out and fix mistakes that they’ve already been for. If they finish the job they’ve already been paid for to finish my project, then I’ll start taking down all the negative reviews I’m putting all over the internet. Until then, I’m putting them on blast and would caution anyone from doing business with them. Hate to say it, because I was originally pretty happy with their work, not happy with their ability to fix their mistakes.
