We needed a new water heater; ours was very old and leaking. After getting some quotes, I called Big D's Plumbing. Donald came by to take a look, in between other jobs, and didn't give me any runaround or try to upsell me on anything. He said he'd have to price a water heater special because we live in a mobile home and have size restrictions. He called me back a few hours later with a quote. He arrived on time, got right to work, and was very clean and professional. Within a few hours, we were back up and running with a quality water heater and a tidy installation. The job went smoothly and quickly. What surprised me was that the price he quoted was the price I paid – no hidden fees or taxes. I was expecting a ballpark figure, as I'm used to those types of fees. It was refreshing to deal with an honest individual with an old-school work ethic. We have had serious plumbing issues for the past couple of years until Big D's came out.
