Our family has had a couple great experiences with JB Plumbing but the most recent one was really exceptional. I woke up to my water heater leaking and flooding into my dining room through the wall. It was terrible! Josh and his staff had someone out to our home same day to check out the situation and make sure all the possible preventative things that could be done for the day were. He completely put my mind at ease despite the mess we were in.The next day, they sent two guys back out to remove the old water heater and install a new one. They even set us up so that *if* something similar were to happen in the future, it wouldn’t affect the interior of our home. They worked until the job was done and no mess was left behind at all. They were prompt and professional and truly, just really kind and understanding. I wouldn’t think twice about calling them up for our next plumbing need. I had a long list of plumbing jobs that I needed in 3 different buildings on my property. Jorge and Graham were sent, arriving at the scheduled time, and over the course of 3 days, they accomplished everything to perfection. Great care was taken to protect surfaces and to ensure the level of finish was flawless. And it was. Everything. Add to this that Josh (owner), Jorge and Graham are all good guys. JB Plumbing installed a leak detection system. Josh and his crew are reliable, knowledgeable professionals. Jorge, the technician who installed the system was efficient, thorough and takes pride in his work. An electrician was required for this job and the electrician Josh sent was also stellar.
