DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I called for an estimate and was given a fair price, so I agreed to hire them. They told me the job would be cheaper if I removed the wall myself, which I did the day before the scheduled work. The technician (Duane) was supposed to come and finish the job two days before Christmas, but no one showed up. When I called, they said they couldn’t reach the technician. I was left with an open bathroom wall right before Christmas. Very unprofessional.

Scott is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Scott lowered a shower drain that the tile contractor requested prior to having the waterproofing tar applied. Scott also installed a new shower valve and connected plumbing involved with a shower install. To finish up Scott installed a Toto toilet and Toto toilet seat bidet. Scott was on time and presented himself in a professional manner.

Valley View Plumbing came out the same day I requested service, and repaired several ongoing leaks at our new property so efficiently and flawlessly. Brad and Austin are an excellent team and they work perfectly together. They made sure the job was done right, they tested out their work, and communicated to me effectively on what was wrong on each issue. The leaks are all repaired now and I have such peace of mind it was done with care, done for a fair price, and will last for the long run. Quality work by Valley View Plumbing!
