The AC technician who arrived was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly an expert in their field. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand manner and patiently answering all my questions. They worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring the repair was done correctly and my AC unit was running optimally before they left. My home is now perfectly cool and comfortable again, thanks to their excellent work.

Called them to fix our water heater, the guys that came out didn't check their work and left, whole garage smelt like gas. Turns out they didn't screw in the pieces all the way and our water heater was leaking gas really bad. Had a the gas company come out at 4:30AM!!!!! he fixed everything for us and told us if we didn't get it fixed my whole family would've died in the house so....I hope nothing but the worst for this company you guys came out there for money but didn't check your work!! 😡😡😡😡

Lee's Air Conditioning's service was a total letdown! They wanted to charge a whopping $27,000 for a new unit without even checking my existing one, which was still under warranty. The sales guy, claimed he could get me a new unit installed the followind day; howrver the parts under warranty wouldnt be in until a fre weeks. Not bothering to get the parts for my excisting unit before pushing for a new purchase is just plain wrong. It's truly disappointing and dishonest when a company prioritizes profit over honesty and customer care. My experience with them left me feeling disheartened and deceived. If I didn't have to give them a star, I wouldnt have.
