Haylee was super sweet and even though my warrantied blower fan was ordered properly by them and she was given the run around on the delivery of it and knew I was 3 weeks in with no A/C she stayed on top of the situation for me. The repair crew found the issues quite quickly on the original visit and quickly installed the part and added the freon it needed in no time. They were very pleasant.
